One more brief thought

Have you ever desperately wanted to change something and felt like a moron every time you tried? I am really trying to create a writing style that is a dialogue with the sources and tells a story, but I seem to constantly revert back to choppy facts and analysis because it is where I am most comfortable. I know I am a good writer, but I feel like i could be an excellent one if only I could get a little more flow and style to my work.
